Shipments and deliveries

If we have the product in stock, we normally deliver it within 5/7 working days from the reception of the order, whose payment is confirmed.
The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the processing of his/her order.
If we don’t have the product in stock, we place the relevant order, after consulting with the customer to make sure of his/her approval about the longer delivery times, and if the Costumer agrees, we proceed with the shipment.

In any case, the times indicated as delivery terms cannot be considered binding for Benty, because they can depend on extraordinary and exceptional factors such as, for instance, very bad weather conditions, exceptional road traffic, strikes, special events, long weekends, rallies, etc.

Transport and Delivery Costs
The shipment cost varies from product to product, according to its volume and weight. You can view the actual delivery cost in the initial steps of your order.
Good are delivered on the ground floor. If you wish a delivery to your floor, you must contact us directly to check its feasibility.

You can also collect your goods directly from our warehouse in the following hours:
Opening hours for the public
Monday to Friday, from 09.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.30 to 7.00 p.m.
Saturday mornings, from 09.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
The loading of the goods on your own means is a totally free service.
Benty srl can only accept orders for deliveries within Italy.
The Standard Delivery is on the Ground Floor.
If any goods stored in the Courier’s warehouse (due to the repeated impossibility to deliver at the address provided by the Customer upon ordering) are not collected within 5 days, they are returned to Benty srl and the order is considered cancelled.
The Customer will be refunded for the value of the purchase less the shipment costs (to and from the courier) and the expenses/commissions that Benty srl shall bear.
Goods Reception Procedures
From the moment when Benty srl delivers the goods to the Courier, the risks to which the goods are exposed are charged to the Customer (Art. 1510-1529 of the Civil Code).
Prior to signing the Transport Document before the Courier, the Customer must:
1. Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number reported on the Delivery Note.
2. Check the labels on the packages, which must show the name and address of the Customer.
The Customer must immediately report any lack of correspondence with the aforesaid points to the courier making the delivery, signing the Document with a reserve such as, for instance, Accepted with reserve because 1 package is missing.
