Bank Transfer (in advance)
In the case of payment by Bank Transfer in Advance, the order of the Customer is kept on hold until confirmation of the actual payment to Benty’s check account and, in any case, for a maximum of 6 working days from the date the order is accepted. After such expiry, the order shall be considered automatically cancelled.

For further information about the bank transfer, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Concurrently with the completion of the online transaction, the bank of reference authorizes only the charge of the amount relevant to the purchase the Customer made. The price of the purchased goods is charged to the Customer’s credit card at the time of the actual processing of the ordered goods. We accept all the Credit Cards of the CartaSì, MasterCard and Visa networks.
In the case of cancellation of the order either by the Customer or by Benty, the cancelling Party shall request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the relevant amount. For certain types of cards, the release times depend only on the bank system and can reach their natural expiry (24th day from the authorization date). After the request to cancel the transaction, in no case Benty can be considered liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by a delay of the bank system in releasing the amount spent. Should the Customer’s order still be open after the 23rd day from the date of its reception, Benty shall charge the Customer’s credit card with the due amount, even in advance of the material delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the transaction authorization expiry (24 days).
Benty reserves the faculty to ask the Customer for integrative information (e.g. a landline telephone number) or the sending of copies of the documents confirming the identity of the Card holder. In default of the requested documentation, Benty reserves the faculty to reject the order.
Benty cannot get information relevant to the buyer’s credit card at no time of the purchase procedure, since they are directly entered into the site of the Bank that handles the transaction; since there is no data transmission, there is no chance that such data are intercepted. Benty does not store in its computers such data. Therefore, in no case Benty can be held liable for any unlawful and illicit use of and charge to credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased from its Site.
